Many of you know this feeling: you order online and expect the postman to ring the doorbell before you've even closed your browser. The big shipping giants have trained us for "express delivery." But today I want to tell you why DeinZaubershop is not an anonymous warehouse, but a real family project.
Magic in 10-Order Intervals
What many underestimate: If I receive up to 10 orders daily, that means a lot of work. And since I'm often on stage for performances or have appointments as a magician at the same time, I could hardly manage it alone.
This is where my "secret weapon" comes into play: My girlfriend and my two children. We are a real team! While I test and order new gimmicks, the three of them diligently help with packing, sorting, and preparing. It's a full-time job that we juggle between homework, everyday life, and performances. Every package that leaves our house has literally passed through several diligent hands.
Why we ship "collectively" from Germany 🚛
An important point for all my customers outside of Austria: To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, we ship orders to Germany collectively.
We bundle the packages and bring them across the border to Germany to feed them directly into the German postal system there. This saves you expensive international fees, but it also means that it can sometimes take an extra day for the package to appear in tracking. We believe the savings for you are worth this small moment of patience!
Important: Update for our Swiss friends 🇨🇭
Unfortunately, there's a change regarding shipping to Switzerland. Recently, direct deliveries across the border have regularly encountered problems with DHL and the post office – from lost packages to extreme customs delays.
Since I want you to receive your gimmicks guaranteed and without hassle, we have decided:
We are currently no longer delivering directly to Switzerland.
The solution: If you live in Switzerland but use a parcel box or a delivery address in Germany (e.g., near the border), you can of course still order! As long as the delivery address is within the EU, we will send your magic right away.
