EFFECT 1 - The magician places one or more coins in the box and closes it with the lid. He places them on the back of his hand and then taps the lid. As if by magic, the coins fall to the table and pass through the box and the magician's hand. The box will be empty!

The Boston box is a special variant of the Okito box and, in comparison to the latter, allows the “coins” to be shown while still in the box until they penetrate the table or the back of the hand.
