The magician shows three coins and places them in an elegant plastic cover. He then covers the coins
with a slip of paper and closes the lid. Now, three pencils are dramatically pushed through the pencil case and magically pierce the coins! When the slip of paper is removed, the coins are still there, whole and undamaged, and everything can be handed out for examination.
