Internal Mechanics & Construction

The cube tower is built from top to bottom in the order 1–6; on the outside of the tube, the panels are in reverse order. If you cover the tower with the tube, the cubes arrange themselves in exactly the same order as the panels, allowing for a startling, clean synchronization.
