Zigzag Tricks by Andrew and Ednei Ernesto

A card is selected and signed. The back is drawn on to show 3 blocks. The middle block now moves and now the card resembles a Zig Zag Box. Next, a hole appears on the bottom of the card but quickly moves to the middle and then ends on the top of the card for the finale. The hole now vanishing and the card goes back to normal and is now handed back out to the spectators.
