Band through glass

Show a wooden frame and a piece of clear plastic sheeting, both with a series of similar holes. The plastic sheeting is then placed inside the frame, aligning the holes in the frame and the sheeting. A ribbon is threaded through each hole in the frame, one after the other, and the plastic sheeting holds them together, preventing the sheeting from slipping out of the frame. But on the count of three, as if by magic, you remove the clear sheeting from the ribbon and frame, revealing that the ribbon is still in the frame!
