The magician places a deck of cards, sealed in its case, on the table. A spectator freely thinks of any card and names it. The magician takes the cards out of the case and slowly spreads them out. Incredible, but the thought-of card is apparently the only face-down card in the deck!

A devastating effect for the audience, as the card is thought of freely. The spectator can name any card in the deck.
