Divided die box with storage

You display two boxes on a tray. Each box has a large round cutout at the front with a sliding window and a flap door at the top. When placed on the tray, they look like regular dice boxes. Display a die, place it in one box, and magically move it to the other box, and vice versa. Eventually, the boxes are separated from the tray, but the dice still moves invisibly from one box to the other.

The special thing about this model is that you can show at any time how the cube appeared or disappeared in one of the boxes. Finally, open all the doors and windows of both boxes and show that the cube has completely disappeared and reappeared in a hat or somewhere else.

This effect is similar to the traditional “dice box” but has one important addition!

• The object is made of wood and is easy to manufacture.

• Mounted on the tray, it measures 23.9 (9.4") x 12.3 (4.8") x 15.5 (6.1") cm.
