Clairvoyance

Display a dice and two small empty cylinders with lids. Ask a spectator to mentally select a number from the dice, place it in the smaller cylinder, and close the lid. Now place everything in the larger cylinder and close it. Concentrate for a few seconds and reveal the selected number by reading it in the spectator's mind. Finally, open both cylinders and show your audience that your mind reading was 100% accurate.
