Huzzle Cast Spiral - Expert Difficulty Level

At first glance, this puzzle by Ken Walker of Rivermore, California, appears impossible to solve. The five pieces can certainly be taken apart. Putting them back together, however, is a whole new problem in itself. My suggestion for solving this puzzle would be to avoid applying too much pressure. Whether you solve it or not, the five pieces exude a certain elegance, spiraling in a way that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand.
