In magic, the simplest things are always the most annoying...

We present JUMP by Mickael Chatelain.

A card, chosen or not, and a hole punch!
Take the card and make 2 holes with the punch, 2 holes well separated from each other.
Ask your spectators for keys and take a small carabiner out of your pocket. If your spectators don't have keys, show that your carabiner has one and that you can use it very well if your spectators wish!
Now take the card and pass the carabiner with your key (or a spectator's) through one of the two holes!

Show the whole thing to your spectators up close, very, very close.

Ask your spectators to look at the carabiner with the dangling key... tell them that this one, with the key, will jump from one hole to the other! And all this, of course, IN SIGHT!
Needless to say, your spectators won't take their eyes off the card and the key!

ONE TWO THREE...

The carabiner jumps, as you just said, into the other hole! That's crazy! You have to see it to believe it!
How can the carabiner and keys jump from one hole to the other? A real mystery for your spectators and even for a magician, believe me.
Finally, you remove the carabiner and return the key to its owner if necessary!
The card ends up in the trash; there's definitely nothing to see there.

• Invisible! From 10 cm away, there's nothing to see!
• Key and carabiner switch from one hole to the other, right before their eyes! Really right before their eyes!
