Poker Transformation

The magician holds three cards fanned out in his hand, and three are on the table. He takes the first card from the table and places it in his fan to show that all cards have blank faces. He swaps the card he just picked up with another from the table, and suddenly, all four cards in his hand are now four aces! But that's not all, because when he swaps one of the aces with the last card on the table, the four cards in his hand now incredibly transform into four kings!

In a rapid succession of effects, the cards the magician holds transform almost visibly.
