Tubes with liquid suspension

The performer shows an empty tube, a glass of colored liquid, and a clear glass. The liquid is poured into the tube and remains suspended in the tube as if by magic!

Then a silk thread is passed through the tube and comes out again without getting wet, which proves that the tube is empty.

The performer then guides the clear glass through the tube and the glass comes out filled with the missing liquid!
