The performer asks a spectator to simply THINK of one of the 52 cards in a deck. They then place eight transparent cards on the table, each printed with the image of a random card. The performer turns around and asks the spectator to pick up only the cards bearing the image of the card they are thinking of. When the performer turns around, they take the remaining cards from the table and, after a moment of concentration, reveal the card they are thinking of.
