The magician asks a spectator to take any card and tells them to write their signature on the front of the card. The magician loses the card in the deck.

He then takes a random card and asks the spectator to name any two-digit number and any shape. The magician writes the given numbers and shapes on the back of the card. After showing them to the spectator, the ink instantly disappears from the top of the deck and reappears in the middle of the deck, exactly on the back of the chosen card!
